Meta Connect ‘22

Meta’s vision of VR as an extension of the real world.

Meta Connect is Meta's annual developer conference, a hybrid event (physical and virtual) showcasing new technologies in AI, virtual reality, and mixed reality, and the company's vision for the metaverse. 

My role was to provide creative direction in developing and curating a vision that mapped out the overall event architecture, visuals, detailed interactions, flows, and prototypes for key moments in the event journey. We partnered with Buck to build the foundational marketing and promotional visual identity materials for Meta Connect 2022. With that foundational brand system established, we built out the structure for the VR Headset experience.
