Si Parmeggiani
Design Architect and Creative Director at Meta

“I’ve had the privilege of managing Nicole at Meta, during our time on the Visual Systems team, and she is, without a doubt, one of the most talented art directors I’ve worked with. In fact, I often used her as the benchmark for what an “ideal art director” should be.

Nicole operates at the rare intersection of creative direction and product design, bringing both creative vision and strategic thinking to every project. She has an innate ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling and highly functional designs, making her an invaluable bridge between design and product teams.

Beyond her talent, Nicole is an exceptional team player. She elevates the teams around her, providing insightful feedback, championing great ideas, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. Whether working alongside creatives, product designers, or stakeholders, she ensures that every project benefits from her clarity of vision and deep expertise.

Any team would be incredibly lucky to have Nicole. She’s not just a great art director—she’s a true creative leader.”
